Ingredients of the decoction:

7)Maricha- black pepper or peppercorns(Piper nigrum):

The capability of black pepper in deactivating any type of viruses of the past, present and future which comes in its contact is unimaginable. Its highly impossible to gauge the effectiveness of pepper when used in combination with black cumin.

Scholars speak of Black pepper as “Jantu santana nashanam,” and “Bhoota nasha” ie- it ceases the multiplication of the organisms.
Jantu here refers to the organisms with cell and which are minute and not able to see by our naked eyes and bhoota here refers to the acellular organisms (without cell) and still more minute organisms which cannot be seen by naked eyes either hence the name bhoota.

Bhoota= virus
Jantu= bacteria

“Pramathi “- Disaligning the joints of infective organisms is the specialized nature of black pepper . i.e, it deactivates the movements of the organisms due to its weakened joints and thus hardens its existence.(For example-a man with strong bones and joints will actively walk around and with the spirits of the active functioning heart he gains his existence).Pramathi nature of black pepper balances or almost prevents the activeness of the joints of the organisms and hence they need high intellectuality (ie need to undergo changes in their DNA or RNA chains)and strength to enter the tissues of the body which is highly impossible. This is only termed as “Bhootanasham”.
If the viruses resemble the bacteria in its size or if any infection is due to bacteria -black pepper stops the multiplication of the infectious bacteria. This is understood as “jantu santana nashanam”.

The peptide bonds are the real joints of the  viruses or the bacteria. Breaking down or deactivating 1-2 of these peptide bonds is enough for the viruses or bacteria to become deactive and thus do not cause any diseases and it even loses the ability of its multiplication.

On chewing the black pepper in the mouth and slowly allowing it to pass on the throats can immediately deactivate any type of infectious organisms.

Over consumption of black pepper can weakens the joints of our body also along with the joints of the organisms. Hence use it cautiously in limited advisable quantities and avoid over dosages.
